1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

* The product is *damaged**, defective*, or  *incorrect* upon delivery
* You report the issue *within 48 hours* of receiving your order
* The item is *unused**,uninstalled*, and in its *original packaging*

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

* Products that have been *installed, cut, or altered*
* Items damaged due to *customer misuse*
* Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
* Custom-size or made-to-order products

4. Refund Methods

If your request is approved, you may choose from:

a. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to your bank or payment method.
Processing time: *5–10 working days*.

b. Store Credit / Replacement

You may choose a replacement item or store credit for future purchases.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

* If the item is damaged or incorrect, *we cover the return shipping*.
* For other approved returns (if any), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

 

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if:

The order has *not been shipped*
 Cancellation is requested within *12 hours* of placing the order

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If a product arrives damaged or a part is missing:

* Report immediately within *48 hours*
* Provide photos/videos as proof
* We will replace the damaged item at no extra cost


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired product is out of stock, you may select another item or choose store credit.

 

9. Final Approval

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the final approval of Sohni Walls Quality Control Team.
